Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee allows you to return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the guidelines below. Eligibility: This policy applies to items purchased on mephistousa.com. Items purchased from Mephisto retail stores, or other retail locations or websites should be returned to the store or website where the item was purchased.

Condition: Items must be unworn, in salable condition, and include all original tags, parts, accessories, and packaging (including the original shoe box).

Refunds: Your purchase price will be refunded after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping Fees: Original delivery fees are refunded only if the return is due to a defective product or incorrect order.

Returns After 30 Days and Defective Merchandise: If your return falls outside the 30-day window, is defective, or cannot be processed for any other reason, please contact us at info@mephistousa.com.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are not refundable.

From time to time, Mephisto may advertise select items as “Final Sale”, which are not covered by this standard Return Policy. These items are not eligible for return or exchange to mephistousa.com or any Mephisto store location.

We offer two return options:
- WITH RETURN + PACKAGE PROTECTION: For a nominal fee, we recommend selecting this shipping option at checkout to provide you with a prepaid return shipping label in the event any items in your order require a return.
- WITHOUT RETURN + PACKAGE PROTECTION: You will be responsible for the return shipping charge to Mephisto.
- Please note that RETURN + PACKAGE PROTECTION is not available for Final Sale items.
Ship your unused product, in its original packaging, to the Ship From address on your shipping label provided to you in the Returns Portal.
Refunds, Credits and Balances Due
As soon as the fulfiller receives and processes your return, we will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.
Damaged Items
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the fulfiller immediately using the contact information included with the order.
Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
Store Credit Promotions
Mephisto may offer certain online promotions involving the award of future "Store Credit" with purchase of regular-priced merchandise. Customers will receive Online Store Credit approximately 35 days after purchase via email delivery. Customers will receive their Online Store Credit via the email address that is used when placing order with redemption instructions. Online Store Credit must be redeemed within 30 days from the date of issue, after which the value or remaining value of the Credit will be forfeited. Any dollar amount spent above qualified level will be forfeited and is not transferable to a future transaction. Applicable returns will be subtracted from the submitted sales, and any Credit earned may be forfeited or the value reduced. Canceled orders – including orders that cannot be fulfilled due to availability or other reason - will not qualify for the Credit. Credit cannot be earned on delivery charges, sales tax, or Gift Cards. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases.
Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
